Carmine Bonanza

Ingredients

1 cup of blueberries
3 blood oranges
1/2 pink grapefruit
1/2 large beet

Instructions

Put the ingredients in juicer one after another, mix well and then pour over to enjoy the pure carmine delight.

Carmine Bonanza is an effective protection from skin disorders and premature aging. It contains blood oranges that have a significantly larger proportion of Vitamin C than regular oranges and are packed with anthocyanin that provides protection from degeneration of skin cells. Blueberries in the drink also contain anthocyanin, and they are rich in pythochemicals that neutralizes free radicals in the skin making skin younger and softer. Blueberries play a vital role in normalizing the oil level on the skin, preventing accumulation of sebum that leads to acne related skin disorders. 2 cups of spinach
1 cucumber
1 bunch celery
1 ginger

3 apples

Take out the plant pieces and extract the liquid. Then, put pineapple and carrots in a juicer, and when mixed well, pour the aloe vera liquid in it. Stir the mixture with a spoon so that the aloe vera liquid melds well with the juice. Your Virgin Carolene is ready to be relished.
